Settlement for all Labor Cases, amending for this purpose Article 28 of Presidential
Decree No. 442, as amended, otherwise known as the Labor Code of the
Philippines.

 For Kasambahays, RFA can be filed at Nearest DOLE Office or Attached
Agency.

filed before DOLE

ATTACHED AGENCIES
 If RFA was filed with Attached Agency ,
the receiving Office shall acquire
jurisdiction over the RFA and the
Kasambahay shall undergo the SEnA
process.
 In case conciliation-mediation
procedure fails, Attached Agency shall
refer the RFA to DOLE Office who has
jurisdiction over the workplace.
 Procedure under IRR of Batas
Kasambahay will be followed.

 If RFA was filed with DOLE
Field/Provincial/Regional Office, the
receiving Office shall acquire jurisdiction
over the RFA and the Kasambahay shall
undergo the SEnA process.
 In case SEnA fails, Mandatory Conference
shall be conducted as provided under
IRR of Batas Kasambahay.
 In case of Referrals, the 30-day period for
MC shall commence from the date of
referral.
 Encourages settlement at any stage
of proceedings.
 Issuance of Compliance Order after
the conduct of Mandatory
Conference.
