Comparision of enclosed
and half-enclosed design

1. Like 10tons reactor between us

and others from left drawing, their
diameters are both 2.8m, and it is
rorating when working, it is hard to
enclose smoke for half-enclosed,
and smoke is easy to come out.

2. The enclosed design of us can

easily insulate smoke inside
insulation cover.
2 Cooling Water & De-dust Water

1. Cooling Water

The cooling water is circulated to

cooling water pool and get recycled
by cooling tower.
No discharge to outside.

2. De-dust Water

The de-dust water from dedusting

system is returned back to de-dust
water pool. There is no waste water
discharge to outside.
3 Flue Gas & Syngas

1. Flue gas

Flue gas from chimney is produced

by burning fuel like coal or wood. We
have five different types of dedusting
system based on different conditions.

We can help you to choose the

suitable one according to your
conditions and your environmental
requirement.

2. Syngas

The syngas from pyrolysis reaction

is one of by-products. It is recycled
through a galvanized pipe to heat
the reactor.

There are 4 other solutions to further use

syngas.
•1.Build a burning room to burn it and
then discharge.

•2.Use a storage bag to store

•3.Compressed into hydro-pressure tank

in reserve.

•3. Heat another reactor as alternate use.

1. Carbon Black
The carbon black density is 0.56g/m3, it is too much light to recycle, we
use automatic screw dischage device to store it into storage tank under
sealing environment. No dirty, and no air pollution.

Carbon black also has 4 further usages to recycle.

2. Slag
The slag from plastic is stored
and recycled for construction
like paving road.
No discharge to outside.

The slag from de-dusting pool
can be dry and recycled to heat
reactor.

Mechanical Noise

We use low noise draft fan and

blower, the noise is controled
below 90 db,so there is no noise
pollution.
