• XO , Yes or No question. Divided by three. If one

question have three section such as H,S,E
• P/W, Part/Whole. Menandakan jumlah maksimal point
yg dapat diberikan pada tiap partnya. Dibagi 3 jika ada
3 section HSE
• PJ, Professional Judgement dibagi dua yaitu
component. Artinya setiap statement dapat dinilai.
Yang kedua adalah maturity, artinya setiap statement
dapat dilihat jika statement sebelumnya mendapat
score. (sequencial)
• Percentage, persentasi dikali possible score tiap
statement
