Company was in existence since last 50 years. It very
oblivious that it had good prestige and goodwill
credited to her.

Company is located in metropolitan city in- circled by


many industries and customers next to her.

Being a long run company it was bagging profit in


regular basics.

Rich catalogue of industrial customers was strength of


the company.

WEAKNESS
 

State of operation and management was in poor


condition.

An autocratic manner of handling the enterprise.


Fully centralization of authority.

Any manner of pre-define roll of responsibility was
totally absence.

Proper scrutiny of previous sales records was not in


practice

The importence of professional accountancy and


book keeping was ignored widely.

No knowledge of competitors in the market.


No contingency plans were placed.

Company was not in position of order WIN-WIN


situation.

Producer vendor retailer end user nexus was


suppressed.

No mechanism for receiving FEEDBACK from


customers.
Ineffective logistic and supply chain management.


Having no mind on sales promotional activities.

No certain policy of retrenchment and appointing any


new employee.

Lacking in value-addition thus fail to fetch new


dimensions of revenue.

When there was shortage of ice in the market company


increases the price of basic product by 100%....it has
degenerated it BRAND IMAGE…


No co-ordination between personnel goal with the vision of
the company.

Having no scope for internal audit.


Lack of innovation techniques and out- dated method in


production cause to high cost vice-versa

No departmentation, division of labour


No product line.



OPPURTIUNTY
1.The company have pre-installed capacity of producing

crush ice…it may line up new products meantime using


it same operation to find new areas of revenues…such
as ice-cream, and customized small ice-coolers.
2. Well growing market around metros, offer wide range

of new industrial customers.

 3.This company may shake hand with new players in the
market to minimize competition.
 4. Keeping the fact that ice is a highly perishable
commodity, if company could perform supply chain
operation effectively. And keep lead-time at lowest
would gain more order and revenue.

THREATS
Negative environment inside the company May
distract employees from their job.
Rapidly fall in profit may result to heinous financial
crunch in company. It may also resulted into either
heavy loan browning or disband of the company.

Lack of innovation would lead the company out of


competition.
Over take by other players.
