carrier (a transporter of
goods) or the carrier's
representative and issued
to a consignor (the
shipper of goods) that
evidences the receipt of
goods for shipment to a
specified designation and
person.
  CONTAIN INFO IN BILL OF LADING :
BILL OF LADING : (1) consignor's and consignee's name,
A document issued by
a carrier, or its agent, (2) names of the ports of departure and destination,
to the shipper as a (3) name of the vessel,
contract of carriage of
goods. It is also a (4) dates of departure and arrival,
