Blind Inlets-Outlets at Install Blinds in-Out of
plant area shell
Disconnect and remove
Distributor with gasket
Remove Cover with gasket

Ground level

Shell Hydro-test
Install pressure gauge Eliminate leaks if found
Connect water pump Drain water from shell
Fill the shell by water Remove PG & Water pump
Raise the pressure at value
Remove blinds, fix gaskets
indicated by Inspection
& tight bolts

Install distributor with new
gasket
Install blinds at inlet-outlet
Install Pressure gauge &
water pump
Install cover with gasket
PG
Water Pump
Fill Water tube side
Raise the pressure up to the
value indicated by Inspection
Check sealing distributor to shell
Check sealing distributor to end flange
Check sealing cover to Shell
Discharge water remove PG & pump
Remove blinds at distributor in-out

Handover & Final House Keeping By Maintenance
 Remove tools and equipment  Close Work permit
 Clean and wash the area  Remove scaffold after unit start-up
