A checklist is a comprehensive list of important


or relevant actions or steps to be taken in specific
order. They can be in the form of questions or
actions to be carried out.

TASK CHECKLIST
Task Checklist take form of a
how-to list. They outline a
procedure step-by-step, listing
instructions to complete the
procedure.
Ex. Before I can drive a car
* I must put on a seatbelt
*Start the engine
*Place the car in gear
TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST

Troubleshooting
checklist is very similar to
task checklist, but instead
of outlining a procedure,
it offers a solution should
the procedure go wrong.
DISCIPLINE CHECKLIST
Before investing in a company, you might use a discipline
checklist to evaluate the chance of a return on your
investment.
COORDINATION CHECKLIST
