¢ Cause of injury- Patient was drunk and driving and met


with RTA.
¢ Date of injury- 17th march,2009
¢ Site of injury-Both lower limb injured near the ankle.
¢ First treatment at ISIC,Vasant Kunj,New Delhi.
¢ But during his treatment he developed pus in the left
lower limb and was shifted to Nersimha
Hospital,Gurgaon,where TF amputation was performed.

¢ Site of injury-Deep laceration at the ankle of both lower


limb.
¢ Treatment history-Stitches were given and dressing was
done.
¢ Place of treatment ² ISIC , Vasant Kunj , New Delhi.
¢ Cause of surgery- necrosis in the left lower limb.
¢ Site of surgery ² left Trans-femoral amputation.
¢ Place of surgery- Nersimha Hospital, Gurgaon.
D Following amputation patient was hospitalized for one
month.
D After that physiotherapy treatment was started

and total elastic suspension.

(partial suction), Polycentric knee joint, SAFE foot and
