PROBLEM STATEMENT
By the idea of digitalisation now there is no such things like online troubleshooting of day to
day problems like if somebody needs to control the various appliances near to them or used
by them in their daily life in just a second.For these issues, technology named as”internet of
things” is a computing concept that describes the idea of everyday physical objects being
connected to the internet and being able to identify themselves to other devices.
During travelling to some other places or far from the house or to the office , sometimes we
forgot to switch off the various appliances like fans, bulbs, ac etc and get worried about the
hazardous situations like burning, short circuit etc. and then we have not any other options
to get rid out of that situation.

With the help of IOT, which help users to tackle these various problems of daily life ,we can
make the machine get controlled by us and we can use the various appliances on our terms
and according to our needs and effectiveness.
ABOUT PROJECT
With the help of IOT ( is a computing concept that describes the idea of everyday physical
objects being connected to the internet and being able to identify themselves to other
devices )which help users to tackle these various problems of daily life ,we can make the
machine get controlled by us and we can use the various appliances on our terms and
according to our needs and effectiveness.

User can control the various appliances by using IOT through app and remote too.

 Android App User Interface :

 Allow user to login/Register.
 Control the various appliances through app and remote with the help of IOT.
 User can control the appliances in the house and from outside too.
 This Application can make the work effective and save the electricity and
humanefforts.

REQUIREMENTS
 FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 There is only one actor in this project
which is USER.
 The android app site user panel contain:
• User View: user can register themself so
that by using app they will be capable of
doing various activities through app
having IOT factors.
• Application View: user can use the various
buttons of the app for applying the IOT
functions on their appliances.
 IOT panel contain:
• Conectivity View:app can use the internet
for accessing the server and connect the
various appliances with the help of
IOT.Users are using WAN for connectivity.
• Application View:Users can use the NODE
MCU and AUDINO NANO as a board and
ESP8286 and ATMEGA328 as a controller
which will take part in the activity done
with the help of IOT.
• Users can use the OLED for displaying the
temperature and humidity readings and
also use the SENSOR so that the activity
will performed by remote too.

Performance: application will run

expensive so that one can use it freely
