1. What have I learned about the resources, myself as a teacher, my students,
teaching and/or teachers, my teaching and or supervision context during this
course?
During this diplomado, I have learned many useful information I did not know before regarding
my teaching practice and myself as a teacher. As concrete examples, I will show the following:
I learned how to use and manipulate new technologies that make the teaching-learning
process more interesting and meaningful likewise to have real communication with peers
and/or to send written assignments.

 I also learned to create oustanding and wise phrases called´´golden
nuggets´´ from all the weekly articles and videos I read or watched
every week , then;I shared them with my peers from the diplomado.
 The last but not least important , the American English Teacher´s guide, a
compendio of hundreds of activities for both elementary and secondary grades.
All teachers in this diplomado learned how to SARS (select, adapt, reject and
supplement) an activity from this guide; we all agreed that classes after the
implementation of the guide were very different because this focus on the
integration of the four language skills so students are more engaged with the
learning process.
2. What are my future plans in regard to these resources?
Next academic year, I am planning to use all I have learned during
this diplomado especially to plan my activities using the teaching
guide. I am also planning to do more activities that could integrate the
four language skills giving particular attention to the speaking skill
because the main purpose of any language is to communicate with
others.

How was my experience planning and implementing these resources in the
classroom?
My experience was wonderful because even I was trying something know, whenever I finished the activity I
was making up some ideas about what activity and resource I would use next time in class. I do like the fact
that when planning and applying the activities from the guide my students spoke more English than before so
I felt so proud of them. Here there some pictures implementing the guide in my classes.
