Business Plan

AAAP KI SEWA MEIN.COM

Vision: To become the popular name
all over India for giving
comfort in seeking maids and
servants.
Mission: To achieve this name by
continuously working towards
customers perspective by giving
service according to their
customized requirement and also the
one who is giving the service.
The Team

 Team consisting of partners namely

marketing head, technology expert, financial
expert .
 In the initial time five people hired in five
metro cities where people come for
employment or are recruited.
 Five more people taking charge of offline
marketing at local level as well.
Market study:

 Initially we are launching this website for 5

major cities –Delhi (Gurgaon),Mumbai,
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad where many
youngsters come to work and seek for servants.
 These people can use this service and there is
regular inflow of these people in these cities.
 They can register before they are going to
these cities and based on customized service
they can avail of this service.
 Other people can also use this service who
are living in these cities.
 As such no competition existing for these
services so we will be the first one to launch
at large scale.
 Considering the fact youngsters generally
look for servants or cooks when they go to
new cities market is huge and could be
captured with ease of service.
 Market size is huge considering at least one
lakh recruitments occur every year in software
itself and are mainly posted in these cities.
 These new users are there along with
recruitments in other industries combined with
already employed people who also need
assistance in this.
 If marketed at huge scale a lot of share of
market can be captured.
Problems and opportunities

 Problem which a new migrant face is to find

appropriate servant according to his or her own
needs.
 Need include time, type of service and gender
etc
 These people are regular users of internet and
prefer to use services online.
 Before going to the place if he registers he will be
sent mail regarding location specific advantage.
 Now the other things to be considered is if the
person is ready to pay higher amount for specific
service he can be made available that servant
from far off place.
 Now it is equally beneficial for people who are
giving service. They wont be a part of any
institution but on their own wishes they can work.
 It will be helpful for them as well because for
them they need to just register themselves on
numbers which will be marketed offline.
 Offline marketing at local level will be done on radio
stations and banners pasted in areas which are
economically weak.
 After getting to know about this they need to just
register their contact number or neighbor’s number on
a number which will be of a person working in that city.
 They will have advantage of getting work in this way
and that too according to their wish of place or type of
service they are good at.
 One more thing needs to be considered here is that
end consumer need to give detail of people who have
joined new in their community so that a servant can
serve them as well.
Basic concept

 Basic concept is to act as mediator in between servants

and end users giving customized options for both.
 Customized option for user like type of cook, suitable
timing , salary ready to pay.
 So a person can be made available from far off location
if consumer is ready to pay for it.
 Comfort in finding the required service provider.
 Will help servants because they can ask for required
money, seek employment in even far off localities if
paid higher. Will get information regarding other people
wanting service so that can serve 2 , 3homes in a locality
Competition

 Sector analysis: If we analyze this sector

online people have made a site but not
working because its just a add of agency
working offline.
 So we will be the first one to enter in this on a
large scale providing customized services.
 Huge potential to grow because mainly
targeting youngsters and internet users.
Threats- Concept can be copied by
others and can be a big threat.
 Next threat is people may not trust initially
with regard to security issues.

Company’ competitive advantage:

Companies unique proposition will be in

form of comfort and customized service we
will be providing to customers and the
common masses giving service.
Goals and objectives

 To capture the entire market in these 5 cities.

Offline marketing
 Will be basically for people who will be providing service.
 In the beginning it will be adds on radio and banners and
posters in local languages in areas where these kind of
people live.
 Afterward after getting job they need to just do
marketing by word of mouth.
 After gaining popularity in providing employment
collaborating with govt .agencies to get information
about people seeking jobs and then contacting them..
Revenue models

 In the early phase mainly charging for the

registration as a nominal amount Rs 50 +asking for
marketing the site and spread information about the
same
 Afterwards when site become popular advertising for
other services like flats and services and other
relevant services.
 Once the site giving various other value address
service and become popular and marketing is all word
of mouth then this initial charge will be reduced to
half.
 Financial analysis:
Cost incurred :
People employed in 5 cities -10 people *15000
each
Marketing offline – 40000 monthly
Marketing online -30,000 monthly
Site opening cost- 20000 initial cost
Other technological requirements:
-60,000(payment gateway ,server etc..)
 Partners will share profits once they start coming.
 Considering annual expenditure initially required is
high which will be (3.6 +4.8) lakhs for marketing.
Salary will be regularly paid amounting to
18 lakhs..
Fixed investments appx 50 000 for infrastructure.
Total expenditure for a year comes to 27.2 appx lakhs
for 1st year.
Next year marketing budget will be reduced as most of
the marketing will be by word of mouth.
 Now revenues in the first year will be based on
registration so now first year considering this is
the first site and if out of new migrants 1/3rd
registered for it it comes to 33000*50=16.5 lakhs.
 Adding local public into it which will be using this
service in 5 cities. Considering very low
conversion atleast 30000 people will be using this
service out of a big chunk of internet
users.30000*50=15 lakhs.
 So revenues will be 31.5 lakhs for 1st year.
 Pay back period can be maximum of 2 years
considering next years marketing and salary
cost..
 After 2nd year advertisements will be helping
in revenues and so profits will start
increasing. Marketing budget will be less and
profit will start coming as its market size will
aslo increase with time..
