1.Definition:
An agricultural machine used to replace farmers’ works.
II.Introduction
1.Function:
Spraying: Pesticide, Chemicals & Liquid fertilizer
III.Objective
1.Function:
Spraying: Pesticide, Chemicals & Liquid fertilizer
Fertilizing and sowing seed: Scattering seed (rice,…) & Solid fertilizer ( Urea,
15-15-15,…)
III.Objective
2.Advantages:
Security: Protect farmers from pesticide harm, to prevent poisoning and to
provide a roof and comfortable operating place.
2.Advantages:
High efficiency: Has ability to spray and sow higher than the traditional
2.Advantages:
Water, Chemicals & Fertilizer saving: A large water tank can spray more area
of crop than the small tank can. Not getting lost in the field any more.
III.Objective
3.Concept of Design:
Engine: Diesel engine
Power and controlling system: Hydraulic pump & Gearbox(3 shifts)
Driving system: 4 wheels drive
Spraying system: 14m spraying boom, High pressure pump, 300L water tank.
Weight: 1500kg
IV.Methodology
Making prototype: Using 3D printer, Arduino sensors and actuators and other
materials.
IV.Methodology
Seeking existing materials: getting the specifications and price of some components
(secondhand & new).

V. Result
Since this project has been started, it takes about 1 month and half
long but we just reach about 50% of prototype. The only one factors
which really causes us step very slowly is Time Organizing. Most of
the time, we have to spend on our school works that’s quite difficult to
find an available time to have a meeting together.
VI.Conclusion
This machine looks like a very simple machine but it provides many
benefits to the farmers to increase annual yield and it should be an
idea to change our country from an agricultural country to an
agroindustry country as well.
