Good resume and cover letter broadcast your
abilities to some one for a job you are
looking for. These tell employers how your
qualifications match a job͛s responsibilities. If
these papers are constructed well, you have
a better chance of landing interviewsͶand,
eventually, a job.
IN modern age the availability of computers
and laser printers has raised employers͛
expectations on résumés and cover letters.
Technology has also given résumé writers
greater flexibility; page limits and for matting
standards are no longer as rigid as they were
several years ago.

purpose that to impress some one to get a job on
the basis of your abilities .But they differ to one an
other.
þ The primary difference between a CV and a resume
is the length and the purpose. A resume is a one or
two page summary of your skills, experience and
education. A goal of resume writing is to be brief
and concise since .A Curriculum Vitae is a longer
(two or more pages), more detailed document. It
includes a summary of your educational and
academic backgrounds as well as teaching and
research experience, publications, awards, other
details.
