MARKETING AND SALES

 Tata Motors' total sales (including exports) of
Tata commercial and passenger vehicles in March 2011 were 83,363 vehicles, a growth of 11% over 75,129 vehicles sold in March 2010.  The company's domestic sales of Tata commercial and passenger vehicles for March 2011 were 77,431 nos., a 9% growth over 71,024 nos.

 The company's sales of commercial vehicles in

March 2011 in the domestic market were 49,753 nos., a 15% growth compared to 43,264 vehicles sold in March last year. LCV sales were 26,416 nos., a growth of 18% over March last year. M&HCV sales stood at 23,337 nos., a growth of 12% over March last year.  The company's sales from exports at 5,932 vehicles in March 2011 registered a growth of 45% compared to 4,105 vehicles in March last year.
