•Core content from original program
ie 10 exercises in 5 weeks
•5 weeks of rostered training sessions
1 ¼ hrs over 10 week period (wks 1, 3,
5, 7 and 9)
•NOTE: No extra time will be required to
work on the program outside of these
sessions.

•Option to attend one of 3 workshops
running in the alternate weeks for
additional assistance (Coordinator will
book you in)
•Program is set up online on the AID
Learning 2.0 Group 3 blog
• Staff are guided through the exercises
via this blog in training sessions
•Staff set up their own blog and use it to
