SUGGESTION
Communication network from the head quarter to the train must be more effective and efficient. There must be Sensors on tracks so that if there are two train on the same track then the immediate warning must be received by the by the driver and the guard. mostly in the winter season the driver takes ALCOHOL in the train which resulted to the accident. So such type of activities must be avoided. The HR Dept. of railway realizes that responsibilities and the work should be given according the capability of the employee.
CONT
Automatic fire & smoke detection system should be introduced in each & every train. Proper training to the employee. Accident relief medical equipment. Proper Communication between Drivers and Guards and Station Masters.
