PM Organization
Each head of section send his day by day planning of coming week every Thursday using 2011 Master Maintenance Plan. Planning Engineer cross check day by day planning with MMP and input all the activities in Visual planning to present in daily morning meeting. Presentation of PM activities planned for the day in morning meeting. Each head of section provide status report for PM activities along with the maintenance sheet hard copy duly signed (Done, Postponed or Cancelled). Planning Engineer input status provided by Head of Section in Master Maintenance Plan and then send hard copy to DCC for implementation in document Database.

Operation started to follow MMP w.e.f week 43 of year 2010. New improved MMP for 2011 introduced. Complete review of maintenance plan done. Review and modification of Maintenance Sheet is on going. Weekly Visit Sheets including all the activities introduced in place of several maintenance sheets in order to reduce no of activities.
Improvement Required
There
are some activities in MMP that comes under responsibility of Operation or GAD. For Operation department they already started following MMP, but for GAD they not yet follow OMD MMM so for this issue we planned to have a meeting in third week of June 2011 to let them understand about MMP and follow MMP.
Next Target
To achieve 100% Progress of Planned PM activity. To work on the PM activities under responsibility of General Affairs Division (GAD).
CMMS
CMMS project became fully operational from Week 15. PM Module was used for the first time in week 12 of year 2011. Training provided to the concerned staff.
