Limit of CCD dimension. Cross point of Fermi level and trap level xt >dn. Thus xt outside of CCD dimension. Therefore Neff=Nt, and no effect on CTI with current CP-CCD configuration. Other scenarios understudy.
Conclusion
Volume effect depends on the dimension configuration. In the current CP-CCD dimension, volume has no effect on the CTI. Other scenarios understudy. Profile of the signal packet affect the CTI determination.
