About c2k
The company has a deep expertise in the telecom business for the past one decade providing service to the leading mobile operators with Technology and Construction of Mobile towers. The Company is the manufacturer of the Electronics Gadgets having latest Technology. C2K launched a new and one of its kind in the Indian mobile history the Baby Mobile which is both a Security and a major usage level Mobile.

Combing the retail market.


Creating demand for our products through regular Market visits.


Preparing a list of Retailers who are interested to buy our products.

Visit the Retail Outlets . Explain about the Company and its Products . Explain about the various benefits the company is offering. If they are interested, report to the company officials.

Strengths

Weakness
The operating of mobile is complex . Less no of Models are there. Less distributors. Market penetration is weak. Lack of service centers. Lack of awareness of people about product.

The models of C2K are highly attractive. Low cost is their Main Core Competence. Style, Appearance and Packing are Excellent.

Opportunities
Increase penetration in Eastern Indian market. Entry into other parts of the Country.

Threats

Potential competitors is a major threat for C2K. Bargaining power of buyer is low. Bargaining power of supplier is high. Pressure from substitute is high.

Findings

More than 90% people are not aware about Products and the Company. 60% of the Retailers would like to invest on A-Grade Company Mobiles.(table 1.7) 65% of the Retailers invest their money in Well Known Companies.(table 1.5) 73% of the Retailers are interested to take products on Credit. (table 1.2)

C2K have achieved 1% in Mobile Phone Sectors

Limitation

Some aspects were not been covered due to Time Constraints. Many Retailers did not want to listen to us because of their Busy Schedule. Incorrect data given by the respondents might not justify the Purpose.

Conclusion & recommendation

The Company should create a PULL in the market instead of Pushing their Products. The Company should increase the awareness of its Products among the Retailers and the Customers. Company should launched their up-coming product as soon possible. The Company should promote its products through Mass Advertising. Handle the Retailers grievances Properly.
