What It Is The SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses/ Opportunities and Threats) analysis is one of the earliest strategy frameworks: Developed in the 1960s at Harvard Business School by Learned, Christensen, Andrews, and Guth. Gives basic directions for structuring strategic analysis.
