Positive aspects Advanced in technologies and health care facilities. The latest researches in terms of health care are being implemented first in such countries. There is easy access to health care. Health insurances cater almost all of the expenses in terms of health care.

Positive aspects Free health care services. People are fully compensated in terms of services given by the insurance agencies. Tertiary health facilities can be availed by everyone. Equity and equality are manifested in the distributions of resources and goods among the people.

Negative aspect (USA) There is discrimination in screening the people who wants to avail the insurance. (ex: too fat) The clients pay for the health insurance and yet they dont get the services they are entitled to have. They give false assurances to their clients. The government is corrupt. They create bills that only benefit themselves.

Negative aspect (USA) When the patient is diagnosed with a serious disease, they find reasons and loop holes to reject the clients claim. Thus, the clients fail to avail the services covered by their insurance. There are list of diseases not covered by the insurance policy. They are not humane.

Health insurances are not compulsory. All government agencies and some private sectors have health insurances. People from far flung areas are deprived of health care services. The budget for health care is only 2.6 from that of the GDP. Health care is not a priority project of the government. Health development plans are not implemented.
