GestIC electric field sensing technology makes 3D spatial hand or finger movement tracking possible. GestIC detects movements and distances in 3D space and provides the technical backbone for Gesture Cubes 3D user interface. GestIC enables touchfree three-dimensional gesture control on 2D screens from mobile phones, tablet PCs, picture frames and MP3 players all the way to 3D devices like Gesture Cube. Gesture Cube is a joint development by three partnering companies: IDENT Technology AG delivered the underlying touch-free GestIC technology used in Gesture Cube. User interface studio ZINOSIGN designed Gesture Cubes user interface and website. Design company LUNAR Europe created the overall product design.

Helping Hands: Prototyping the Future of Integrated Health Care After over 40 years of pioneering work in the Life Science industry, Ergonomidesign have put together their take on the future for the Health Care industry. The story comprises not only scenarios and a clear picture of the eco-system in which Life Science might exist in 2015 - but the designers have gone as far as prototyping glimpses of how interaction might occur with doctors and other medical professionals and services. The future concept was developed by the Life Science team at Ergonomidesign. Their challenge was to envision the future of Life Science and develop possible solutions for the world to test, use and reflect on.
