Shipping

Billing : The ERP systems support billing functions like issuing of invoices on the basis of goods and services, issuing of credit and debit memos. Sales Support:Sales Support provides an environment where all sales personnel both the field sales people and the staff in the sales office-can contribute to and access valuable information about customers, sales prospects, competitors and their products. Receiving ordered stock & payment to supplier- Raw material is purchased from the vendors, and received by the production department, the received stock is checked through some parameters like packaging, quantity.. Production or Outsourcing- After all the above process exact production process starts and the final product goes through some process like quality assurance, final packaging. Outsourcing is a different process, when the manufacturer doesnt have the ability to produce certain amount of products, certain type of products, then they outsource the product from the other manufacturers. Distribution- When the product gets ready by all aspects, then it is send to the market by certain distribution process.
DISTRIBUTION
In the normal distribution process in pharmaceutical the distribution manager who looks after all the distribution process sends the required data to the logistic department and logistic department prepares files to save that data.
Stock Master:- Stock master is the data file which gives you an idea about material. The batch no, quantity supplied, quantity rejected, etc can be found out in stock master file. Customer Master:- Customer master is the data file which gives you an idea about where the stock is supplied. The name of the chemist or stockiest, its drug license number, how much quantity is supplied to a particular chemist or stockiest, which transporter is permitted to transfer the material, etc.
