BROWN GAS

What is the brown gas?

Scientific Answer: The total mixture of gasses that evolve by electrolyzing water in an electrolyzer specifically designed NOT to separate the gasses. The BG mixture consists of diatomic hydrogen, diatomic oxygen and water vapor.

Hystory
1974 Yull Brown: Ten years after William Rhodes patents, Yull Brown filed a patent on his design of BG electrolyzer and spent the rest of his life trying to make Brown's Gas a commercial success. He spent about 30 million dollars and nearly 30 years in this endeavor. Due to his lifelong effort, we posthumously honor him by continuing to call the gas 'Brown's Gas'.

Applications
Replace industrial torch gasses: Sintering Soldering (all types), Tempering ,Toxic waste neutralization, Underwater cutting and heating Welding - precious metals, quartz, copper, aluminum, glass, wax, cast iron. Up grades Gas for Internal Combustion Engines.

GAS TORCHES
When Brown's Gas is ignited, the flame releases an extraordinary energy potential BG cuts iron about 30% faster than any other industrial gas because the oxidation effect is enhanced. The BG flame produces cuts so precise that little or no finishing is needed. Torch tips are virtually maintenance free and oxygen bottle exchanges are minimized. Since Brown's Gas is created ondemand, you won't run out of gas in the middle of a cut!

The BG flame has minimal radiant heat. The cool torch tips, which are safe enough to touch, also prevent flash backs. The torch can be used more safely in tight areas where combustibles could ignite. BG exhaust is pure water. No harmful emissions like carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, radiation, or oxides of nitrogen are created. Brown's Gas is odorless and harmless when inhaled (unless ignited). In fact, hydrogen: oxygen mixtures have been tested as an underwater breathing mixture.

BG for Internal Combustion Egnine

First used on fighter planes in WWII - to draw Brown's Gas or HHO and water vapor into the engine manifold where it combines with the hydrocarbon (gasoline) fuel. The amount of Brown's Gas and vapor being drawn into the engine manifold is very small - less than 0.25% - but its effect on the power output of the gasoline is dramatic

How it works
The Water Gas Green Machine works by adding a small amount of a mixed hydrogen/oxygen gas, called Brown's Gas, into the vehicle's fuel system. This enriched mixture of hydrogen, oxygen (oxyhydrogen) and gasoline is bonded together molecularly and magnetically. The combined fuel results in better fuel economy and an increase in miles per gallon. Usually this increase is in the range of 25%-50%!

Advantages
A noticeable increase in engine power. Less pressure is needed on the accelerator pedal, to get the vehicle up to speed. The new fuel mixture burns cleaner, burns more completely and burns more efficiently. It cleans up carbon deposits in the engine and prevents future carbon build up. Exhaust emissions harmful to the environment are greatly reduced. The combustion chamber temperature drops slightly, contributing to better fuel combustion and a quicker flame spread ratio.

Water Injector
Legend has it fractional addition of water vapor and water injection techniques were developed after fighter pilots noticed that mileage and engine performance improved when they flew their planes close to the water. It became standard practice for pilots to "lean out their engines" (decrease the gasoline) and fly just above the water on the critical return trip to the carrier. They knew that if they did not stretch every drop of fuel they had they would not make it back. For a Car this will help in average of 3-5 MPG

The bubbling action of the Watergas Injector reduces water to less than micron sized particles of water vapor. The engine vacuum is employed to draw a small amount (less than .025%) of water vapor into the engine manifold where it mixes with the gasoline (called fractional addition) providing complete combustion, better performance and improved mileage.

Brown Gas Electrolyzer

As H & 0 separate, H is drawn to the positive and 0 to the negative terminal of the electrolyzer. This is called disassociation. As the process continues, volume increases, and the H & 0 gas bubbles which stick to the fins of the electrolyzer become dislodged and float to the top. As the monatomic hydrogen and oxygen gas bubbles break the surface of the water they recombine in the air space in the top of the electrolyzer as Brown's Gas.

Brown's Gas is a powerful, clean burning fuel that improves your MPG and drastically reduces engine exhaust pollution. The Brown's Gas from the electrolyzer is drawn into the manifold by the engine vacuum where it mixes and bonds with the carbon chains in gasoline in a catalytic reaction that increases the power of the fuel

Brown Gas Injector

This injector is identical to the "Water Gas Injector" except that the water in the container is different. It has been "charged" with Brown's Gas and fortified by adding 2tsp. of Hydrogen Peroxide.

System for Charging the Water

The pump uses air pressure to move the Brown's Gas from the top of the electrolyzer jar into the container below where the water is being charged. The Brown's Gas mixes with the container water as it rises to the surface in the form of bubbles. It takes about thirty minutes to charge a quart of water. When the charging is complete, two teaspoons full of hydrogen peroxide are added to the water and the water is transferred to the injector unit located under the hood of the car.

Different Needs
The Brown's Gas Injector runs under the radar of most OBD1 and OBD2 car technology. If not, or carburetor's car need a scan gage and air pressure adjuster may be required.
