drive the component suppliers.

up to date technology and quality system
of component suppliers to contribute the
BIT's organization
SWOT Analysis
Weakness
– Component suppliers will listen to HDD Customer so call
Seagate/WD more than us, BIT.

supplier. HDD Customer hold final decision both
material/quality themselves.
– BIT can not select the preferable supplier by ourselves.
– Allocation was decided by HDD Customer.

component supplier input information ie, SCR, Mold Life
Control, Cleanliness test weekly/monthly data, LAT, etc.
– BIT also do not have the database for supplier input
information

Brain Drain
is an emigration of trained and talented
individuals ("human capital") to other nations
due to conflicts, lack of opportunity, or health
hazards where they are living.

Brain drain can occur either when

individuals who study abroad and complete
their education do not return to their home
country, or when individuals educated in their
home country emigrate for higher wages or
better opportunities.
The causes of brain drain are
complex and interrelated,
involving social, political, and
economic factors. The necessary
responses will therefore be varied
and cover an array of areas.
