PELViC EXAMINATION: = normal female external genitalia SPECULUM EXAMINATION: =1X2cm erythematous lesion on the surface of the cervix uteri right thigh and leg circumferences are bigger than the left palpable lymph nodes on the inguinal area

Yellow or green vaginal discharge is usually from an infection. A foul-smelling discharge is usually from an infection. A thick, white, itchy, cottage cheese-like nonodorous discharge is often caused by a yeast infection.

Cervicitis
