How to insert tool bars and make them default

The tool bars option is available in the VIEW Menu. When

we click “View” the following Sub-Menu appears as:

When you select Tool Bars, Tool Bar
Submenu appears

Invoking tool bars from View menu
 Through view menu we can add only one type of tool bar
at a time to the screen
 To add one tool bar, we must click on the tool bar name
 The toolbars menu disappears and the selected tool bar
inserted into the power point screen
 Next time we should follow the same steps to insert
other tool bars
 All the tool bars selected are marked with check mark
