1-Cephradine is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, including upper respiratory infections, ear infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.

500 mg I/ V TiD = every 8 hours

Before using cephradine, tell your doctor if you are using any of the following drugs: probenecid (Benemid); a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin); a diuretic (water pill) such as furosemide (Lasix), ethacrynic acid (Edecrin), and others; or an antibiotic such as amikacin

Before using cephradine, ask the patient if he or she has allergic to any drugs (especially penicillins), Ask the patient if he or she has kidney disease , diabetes , or a history of intestinal problems

Acetaminophen is used to treat many 1 gm conditions such as I/ V headache, muscle PRN aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers.

Calculi may cause nerve excitability, which causes sensations of urgent need to void. Usually frequency and urgency increase as calculus nears ureterovesical junction
