Worthy of happiness
Confidence in efficacy of our minds, our ability to think. Our ability to learn, to make good decisions, to manage change. Accepting that: success,achivement, fullfilment and happiness are appropriate to us. More than a feeling, it has emotional, and cognitive components.
It is not temporary euphoria. It is not an illusion or hallucination It is not magical, it doesnt kick in from one day to the next.
A) They are role models B) They influence behavior C) They set standards for others to follow. D) They work on their own self-esteem E) They practice what they preach F) They integrate the six pillards of self-esteem in their own lives as well as their studentss lives, by being respectful, task oriented, setting clear Standards, accepting mistakes, etc. G) They teach to move toward life and conssciousness not away from them. H) They teach that: Self-Esteem has to do with what I think of me, not what anyone else thinks of me.
As human beings we must work toward self-esteem; it is not an effortless task. Self-esteem means choosing to be conscious. Self-esteem is not found in external factors NOBODY can give us self-esteem. We MUST grasp it ourselves this means waking-up.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a range of different trypes of intelligence and the role that emotions play in effective communication and decision making.
