Existing system is a manual system. Data may be lost due to mismanagement. Data is stored in the form of excel sheets. Data is stored in disk drives. Only small amount of data is supported

ADMINISTRATION
The chief of the Call Center System. register new employees, departments. tracks team employees performance.
EMPLOYEE
Maintains the Call Center. Receives the call from the customer. Process the customer queries. Answers customer queries .
CUSTOMERS
Customers are the service users. Request for services Complaint for services.
SERVICES
Offered by the organization. Examples- customer service, consulting, software solutions etc.

CONCLUSION
Project helped me in gaining knowledge in SQL server,.Asp.net. Benefits:- Web enabled , Accuracy, Simplicity . Limitations:- Training for computer operations is necessary, Database maintenance is necessary due to day2day size increase

Console for the datacenter may be made available. The system may be utilized in various other types of auditing operations. test for finding Security gaps.
