LOGISTICS SYSTEM:

Logistics is defined by the council of Logistics, Ohio USA as the Process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, co-effective flow and storage flow and storage of raw materials, in process inventory finished goods and related information from point of origin to point consumption. More simply, the objective of Logistics System is that the right products reach the right place in the right quantity at the right time to satisfy customer demand.

Invoice It is a document which shows the total amount of the goods and the description of goods. Bill of lading A generic term used to describe a document issued by the carrier to the shipper. Packing list Its is a detailed document provided by the exporter that spells out how many containers there are in the shipment and which merchandise is contained in each container Certificate of Origin A document provided by the exporters chamber of commerce that attests that the goods originated from the country in which exporter is located.

Findings
The main emphasis of Gujarat Ambuja export ltd. is on Quality, they never compromise with quality. Systematic paper work is required to manage the goods, it is large and long procedure but the organization successfully do the task and Paper work is too accurate. Product success is depending on the marketing and marketing procedure for each product is proper and well defined.

SUGGESTIONS
Export procedure contains large no. of documentation. It should be online, so less no. of paper work is required. Custom clearance for export is such a long and complicated procedure so it takes time to deliver goods on time, it should be flexible and simple. If custom clearance done through online then it should be more simple.

CONCLUSION
The Project made me to understand the Supply Chain Management system. Due to the project we had gone through the various export processes which helped to understand the export process in a better way and in a practical way.

In the project I have studied whole Process of Supply chain management and logistic management of the company. Also analysis the company market, company is successfully manage its image in the international market, with quality product and time to time delivery to buyers.
Moreover in these few years other companies have performed considerably well and reached far ahead which is another challenge for the company, to regain its image and to compete other companies to sustain in the market? Other brands have changed the market in sense of prices and ranges. But Gujarat Ambuja export limited has a brand value and company first goal is customer satisfaction and company is doing well and retained his image in the market.
