MISSION STATEMENT
To provide the highest quality information technology products and services, while maintaining a competitive edge in cloud computing and I.T. support.
THE ENTERPRISE
I.T. Innovations is a national forerunner in the industry of information technology. Offering various software applications in cloud computing and an expert arsenal of 900 employees trained in exceeding all customer needs for a variety of computer, server, and software issues.
PURPOSE of REPORT
The Japanese business market has become increasingly enticing over the years for I.T. innovations to expand its operations overseas. With a consistent rise in industrialization, country population growth, and economic prosperity- Japan poses a lucrative business venture that will increase recognition and revenue of the firm in 2012 and more so, the possibility for I.T. Innovations to become a top industry leader within the business sector.
Population of Japan estimated at 125 million people Chain of over 6,800 islands Country experiences consistent economic, industrialization, and population growth Inhabitants still somewhat receptive to outsiders, but outlook to foreign business is increasing
The importance of a bow (the handshake of the Japanese) The Meishi or exchange of business cards
Men usually wear dark conservative clothes, while women wear the same but very little emphasis on accessories
Dress to impress
Acknowledge the differences of the Japanese culture in comparison to the American culture Improper or seen as rude in the Japanese culture to:
Blow your nose in public Display money (money is usually passed in a disclosed way from person to person) Pat a Japanese man on the back or shoulder Make derogatory remarks about another business or any person
Believe others are well informed of topic being discussed The importance of rank in communication
Conclusion
Research and acknowledgement make for perfect implementation The success of I.T Innovations in the Japanese market relies on understanding and embracing key differences Successful integration into the Japanese business market will lead to increased company success
