TEACHER
A teacher or schoolteacher is a person who provides education for pupils (children) and students (adults).
A teacher's role may vary among cultures. Teachers may provide instruction in literacy and numeracy, craftsmanship or vocat ional training, the arts, religion, civics, community roles, or life skills
Teaching is a chance to gain knowledge and insight. Learning is a process and every teacher should be involved in this process.
Good teacher must have efficient time management skills. Utilization of time is the hallmark of a good teacher.
COMMUNICATION
Good teacher has a sense of humor. Humor within the classroom can eliminate frustration. Humor is a good tool for the teacher as it simplifies his/her task.
Good teacher should always adopt good attitude. He should be fair with his/her profession He should assess all the students on performance base and without any biasness.
Good teacher should have necessary command on the subject. He/she should possess enough knowledge in order to give answers of questions to all students and colleagues.
In order to have constructive and learning environment among students and other faculty member a teacher should be a good leader and friend.
Good teacher has a passion for teaching. Teaching is his/her first priority.
MOTIVATOR:
Good teacher should motivates his students in the learning process and to carry projects independently.

LECTURE METHOD
It is a one way communication procedure. The student teacher ratio can be large. It is a flexible method. It presents factual material in direct and logical manner. It contains experience which inspires.

DEMONSTRATION
It is done to provide an opportunity to learn new exploration and visual tasks from different perspective. A demonstration may be used in order to provide a conclusive fact, as by reasoning or showing evidence.

EXPLANATION METHOD
It is similar to lecturing. It can also be associated with modeling. Students can visualize an object or problem, then use reasoning and hypothesizing to determine an answer.

COLLABORATION
It allows students to talk amongst each other and listen to all points of view in the discussion. It helps students think in an unbiased way. The teacher can assess the students by looking at the students ability to work as a team, leadership skills or presentation skills.

It is similar to testing. A good teacher can ask questions from the students frequently to get feedback from them. Testing is an application of questioning. A teacher can ask questions from the students in order to know that what needs to be taught.
