Unilever:Transforming Business Processes with SAP Solutions


Sirius It is involved in developing and deploying a harmonized process model based on an SAP solution that would bring the operational model for One Unilever to life. Mountain It focused on forming a standardized supply chain model for Unilever Europes businesses in 24 countries led by a dedicated supply chain company and based on the SAP R/3 platform. Accenture also helped the company in integrating and steam-lining its Logistics activities in its South African division.

Royal Shakespeare Company

Accenture helped the RSC define and understand its priority audience segments, and also helped the company select the technology that integrates box office, marketing and fundraising data around a single customer database. The new analytical capabilities that have increased the core audience base by 30 percent. The number of RSC's Stratford ticket buyers has increased by more than 50 percent, to more than 320,000.
