Entrepreneurship:It can be defined as the process of using private initiative to transform a business concept into a new venture or to grow and diversify an existing venture or enterprise with high growth potential. Entrepreneurs identify an innovation to seize an opportunity, mobilize money and management skills, and take calculated risks to open markets for new products, processes and services.

PROPOSED PLAN
The project aims at developing a new dimension in the entertainment business through online gaming.Gaming parlours similar to internet parlours will be established in various major cities and different parlours will interconnected networks provided by various network providers such as Reilence,B.S.N.L,Tata Indicom,Airtel, etc. and Software development section produce new software product with new and enhancement feature by skilled workers. The major consumers belongs to age group of 10-27 (especially school and college students).However any body have knowledge in computer games can go for it.

Our Firm will establish the Wi-Fi network for our franchise and also help them with designing of their office.
We will also provide solution and maintaince support and service for the users who are connected in our wireless network.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
No. of Working Days per Annum: The Firm will remain open for all weekdays except Sundays and National holidays. Customer care will be 24 X 7.
No. of Working Shifts (8 hrs) per Day: Since it is a internet service firm so there will be a day and night shift 9:00am to 9:00 pm will be our day shift and 8.30pm to 7.30am. Sales Revenue: The sales revenue of the business depends on the number of clients it has dealt with in the present year.
