TM Training Centre (TMTC) has created the Team Building program that will energize participants and equip them to achieve their highest individual and team goals. The program is designed to explore the concept of team building and team synergy so as organization could get maximum results from their people through improve teamwork. We know that in order to succeed, we need people with outstanding team process skills so they can integrate each individual s expertise and strengths. We also need team members with clear direction, right chemistry, high commitment, good communication and leadership skills, creative and cooperative. Understand better the consequences of communicating effectively especially for the development of the team as a whole.
