ACE Vision Health Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a Healthcare management consulting firm established in year 2004, and based in Jaipur. It is a sister concern of a secondary care multispecialty hospital with 200 beds operational since 1994 in Jaipur. ACE seeks to work with the client, at his convenience, his pace and customized to his needs, to achieve the clients excellence in healthcare infrastructure and operational issues. SETTING UP A Diagnostic Centre & Laboratory- steps taken after feasibility / DPR part is done
Diagnostic centre stacking, planning and designing as per accreditation and legal norms (in assistance to the architect) (If required we can bring the architect on board)
Plan the infrastructure as per basic norms with reference to efficient hospital operations. Understand the legal mandates / licenses and acts applicable for this set-up, and facilitate their implementation within the infrastructure and in getting them. Create areas for clinical services, non clinical services, example, accounts, administration etc. and diagnostic services, example, laboratory, x-ray, laundry, housekeeping etc.

Developing policies and SOPs, and setting the operational systems

Equipment planning , with electrical load determination. Facilitation in vendor identification for medical and non medical equipments. Manpower planning . Setting of tariffs. Setting all systems and flows of work, and integration of different areas with each other. Example for bio medical waste management, equipment management and maintenance, HR records, pharmacy (medical shop), etc. Facilitation on documentation aspect of the hospital work.- creating various stationeries and forms for doctors, and admin. Training to various staff on the systems and policies.

QCI AND NABH, NABL- What is it?

 Just like MCI is responsible for Clinical Work and rules and regulations, the
QCI (Quality council of India) as un undertaking of the Govt. of India, is responsible for Quality and standardization of care in hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories. http://www.qcin.org/

 As per our requirement, we need to have NABH for Diagnostic centre and
NABL for Laboratory separately.

 The fees category charged by QCI would beNABH (Diagnostic centre - 3 or more than 3 modalities) (application fees) 20000/(annual accreditation fees) 60000/NABL (Laboratory)  Micro Sized Lab - [ 1 25 Patients per day ] -INR 15,500 + Service Tax ( as applicable )  Small Sized Lab - [ 26 50 Patients per day ] -INR 27,500 + Service Tax ( as applicable )  Medium Sized Lab - [ 51 -- 100 Patients per day ] -INR 55,000 + Service Tax ( as applicable)  Large Sized Lab - [ 101 and above Patients per day ] -- INR 82,500 + Service Tax ( as applicable )

Our Modus Operandi

When we take up a project we do the following activities- Undertake infrastructural assessment and give recommendations for changethis will include detailed plans from us. - Set up the NABH & NABL core team for implementing change - Set up the committees - Set out the plan for obtaining licenses and any other statutory requirements - Set up all required systems eg. HR, CSSD, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, stores , Infection Control etc. - Set up required registers for documentation, re design / modify if and as required the medical stationery - Trainings , mock drills are done - Mock audit, quality indicators are prepared. We undertake visits to the hospital as mutually decided, create a direct liaison officer called the NABH co-ordinator from amongst your team, and deal with him on a regular basis, and monitor the progress or discuss concerns etc once a week with the owner.
