To get success in the business an organization has be create that type of Climate in which the Employee can develop as well as retain them. HRD Climate refers to perceptions about the prevailing conditions within the organisation that affect the life of employees and their perception about an organisation s developmental environment

Meaning of HRD Climate


HR means employees in organization, who work to increase the profit for organization. Development it is acquisition of capabilities that are needed to do the present job, or the future expected job. Climate meant the atmosphere in the company, especially a supportive atmosphere that allows staff members to develop their skills for the benefit of the company.
