TASK 1

PERSONALITY
Almost everyday we describe and assess the personalities of the people around us. Whether we realize it or not, these daily musings on how and why people behave as they do are similar to what personality psychologists do. Personality has been defined as "an individual's characteristic patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior, together with the psychological mechanisms--hidden or not--behind those patterns. personality is the sum total of our outer personality and inner qualities. Outer personality helps us to be accepted , liked and loved, whereas inner qualities makes long lasting impressions and relationships helping us succeed and grow throughout our lives.

Personality is made up of several factors and is judged by how an individual reacts to situations and people and what impression are made upon people during and after the process of these interaction. The key issue emerging here is that personality development is a process and not a result, it is a continuous ,growing , changing and maturing.

DEFINE SWOT
SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses/Limitation, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a persons life. It involves specifying the objective of the persons life and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. Setting the objective should be done after the SWOT analysis has been performed. This would allow achievable goals or objectives to be set .

Identification of SWOTs is essential because subsequent steps in the process of planning for achievement of the selected objective may be derived from the SWOTs. First, the decision makers have to determine whether the objective is attainable, given the SWOTs. If the objective is NOT attainable a different objective must be selected and the process repeated.

SELFS OF THE JOHAWRI WINDOW

1. The "open represents things that both I know about myself, and that you know about me. For example, I know my name, and so do you. 2. The "blind represents things that you know about me, but that I am unaware of. 3. The "hidden represents things that I know about myself, that you do not know. 4. The "unknown represents things that neither I know about myself, nor you know about me.

BENEFITS OF WORKING AS A TEAM

Work is done on time. We can get different ideas. We can share the work so that there is no burden on a particular person. We can know each other in a better way. When work is done in a group , it is really fun to do the work.

TASK 2

Experience of the field activity

The field activity is that we had to visit any customer service outlet that is either a shopping mall , super market , a restaurant, travel agency etc. me and my group decided to go to a shopping mall. We visited caculo mall. In caculo mall we went around the whole mall but we finally visited the Westside store . Our experience of going in the mall was really very good. I enjoyed a lot. We basically started with going around the Westside, saw all their dresses and other accessories. After we finished having a round we started observing the customer and staff member ,

We could see customer looking at the product, staff explaining them about the product. It was a lovely experience , we got to know what exactly the customers wants , what are their needs, how does the staff speak to the customers.

TASK 3

ASSIMILATED PERSONALITY OBSERVED IN THE MOVIE

As per me I like the role of ishan and his sir the way his sir handles him and take care of him is just awesome. I like his sir because he was the one who take care of him and he makes ishan feels that he is worth of doing the best also thats why I like him the most.

INTERPERSONEL SKILLS
Interpersonal skills include the habits, attitudes, manners, appearance, and behaviors we use around other people which affect how we get along with other people. We sometimes do not understand how important interpersonal skills really are. It's easy to laugh and make jokes about people who obviously lack interpersonal skills, but sometimes we need to examine our own impressions on others to better prepare for success in life as well as for a productive career. The development of interpersonal skills begins early in life and is influenced by family, friends, and our observations of the world around us. Television and movies also influence this area, but most of these characteristics are passed along to us by our parents or guardians.

HOW YOU COULD DEVELOP AN OPEN SELF PERSONALITY

KNOW YOURSELF FIRST. DECIDE YOUR OBJECTIVE. SHARE YOUR DREAMS, DISIRES. HELP AFTERNOON. BE ON TIME BE PROACTIVE ALL THE TIME. SMILE A LOT.. KEEP SMALL SUCCEED OL

BARRIERS TO COMMUNICATION
Barriers are like I am not talking at home with my family in English and even with my friends. everybody in school and even in college I use to speak with them in Konkani so I think this the main barrier to my communication and I can improve it by talking to my friends and with my friends also.

FACTORS TO BE KEPT IN MIND WHILE TALKING ON THE TELEPHONE Whenever you pick up the telephone, put a smile on your face first. It will enhance your vocal quality and you will sound pleasant and relaxed. . Listen attentively to the person you are speaking with . Let other people talk! Make sure your caller has completely finished speaking before responding. Remember: sometimes they aren't done talking. . To create affinity with your callers, speed up or slow down your speaking voice to better match theirs. They won't realize why they feel comfortable, they just will.

Use your words for best results. Keep in mind you can phrase anything positively, negatively or neutrally. Phrasing your words positively will help you get better results more easily. Stop eating while you are talking on the phone. See that there is no distraction around for e.g. a dog barking or volume of the TV is very high.

TASK 4

HOW WILL ENHANCED INTER PERSONAL SKILLS HELP YOU IN YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE

How we deal and interact with other people greatly affects our professional and personal lives. At work interpersonal skills can get us jobs, gain promotions and enhance our personal effectiveness. Our behavior in the workplace is reflected in the way we communicate with other people. In our personal lives interpersonal skills can help in marriage and with our social friendships. Interpersonal skills can therefore help to make us happier in our lives and more successful in our careers. Improving these skills builds confidence, enhances our relationships with others and thereby improves our personal effectiveness

We all have interpersonal skills in one degree or another. We have been learning them since birth. The process is often subconscious as we learn how people react to what we say and do. We subconsciously note how our actions are likely to make them feel. People with good interpersonal skills have learnt to identify which are the best ways of interacting with others in different situations. As well as the subconscious process there is a thoughtful analysis of one's style and the impact that style has oneself as well as others. Where necessary some personal development may be required.

The good news is that interpersonal skills are easily developed. A little time and effort spent working and practising your interpersonal skills will pay huge rewards in your professional and personal lives.

IF I WAS THE DIRECTOR OF THE MOVIE , CHANGES I WOULD BRING IN TWO CHARACTERS ARE: If I was the director I would like to change the role of his father and his son because he is too strict towards his son. And in one scene it is shown that neighbour boy with his mother comes and complain about the ishan but the father dont even ask his son what he did ,why there was a fight between them.he just shout on him and tries to demotivate him by saying look at your elder brother the way he is.

FACTORS IMPORTANT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ONES PERSONALITY. Why is it that we think we dont have to continue our self development once we have finished our education? Maybe it is because we equate learning and development with the educational institutions that we have spent so much time in during our early years. Of course, we continue to develop throughout our lives, and continue to gain new skills and attributes throughout our working lives and our lives as partners, parents, grandparents, and our involvement with our communities.

Should have proper communication skill. Positive attitude. Proper learning and knowledge. Should be presentable in front of people. Proper health. Should set success oriented goals .

POSITIVE ACTION PLAN FOR ENHANCEMENT IN YOUR PERSONALITY. Ill read newspaper, watch bbc news so that Ill be able to speak well.
