Market Need

•Fiery Foods Magazine who is one of the industry’s


experts on food trends cited that there was no one
going into the trend of sweet with heat that has
invaded several types of food products like candy. We
have used that trend for our products and going into a
market that is virtually untapped.

Business Model
•A & I Sauces produces food products to sell directly to
grocery chains, distributors, restaurants, home shopping
networks and the internet. This gives us access to millions
of potential customers.
Product Description
•Hillbille Salsa is a sweet salsa with a bit of a punch and
touches a market that has been untouched. Hobo Pepper
Butter is now on the market and is well received so far.
•Bandito BBQ Sauce, Roscoe’s Sloppy Sauce, and No
Sugar Added versions of our regular salsa are in
development.
