The purpose of developing Result Analysis Management System is to computerize the traditional way of storing and maintaining the

result in a professional and defensible way and to generate a final report automatically as per the need of the user.

It will appear on a screen for a little time till the project is being loading...

 This is the Administrator Login Form. This the most basic form where the Administrator would enter his/her user ID and password and if validated, can access to the software. The picture box will automatically get update with the user selection.

This module would be the main screen for Administrator.

 This module adds the details of a Student. Here the Administrator is adds up the students information. If a record is already present in the data then a message will be displayed telling about the same Enrollment no. is the Primary Key. After record is saved a Message will be displayed

 Any modification to be done to the Students Information can be achieved through this form

Asks the admin to enter the student enrollment number and searches for record

 Opens it in a new window ready to be edited.

After editing the save button will update the database.

 This module show the info using Flex Grid Displays the information of all the student according to the selected courses.

 The admin stores the marks of a particular student.

Next window will b opened according to the selection (Exam, Semester, Mid-Term) made on this form.

 Ask for the enrollment no. of a student whose marks is to be inserted. The subject and paper codes will be displayed according to the Semester and course.

 Record is saved after pressing the save command button and message will b displayed. Clear command button will clear all the textboxes and labels.

 Ask for the Enrollment no. and update the marks of the same by pressing the Update command button.

 Ask for the Enrollment no. in the input box and display the student info. Including marks of all the subjects.

 Display the result of whole class using Flex grid.

The data will be displayed according to the selection(Course, Semester, Exam) made .

 In this module the admin can change the password of existing users. Its will ask for a new password and verify password if both are same the check box will be checked and the password will b changed. The updating will be done in database as the password is first confirmed from there in the USER/Password window.

 Two sub menu will b shown under this :-

1. MAIN SCREEN :- It will show the Welcome window.

2. END PROGRAM:- It will ask to end the application. Yes :- Ends the application. No:- Make no changes.

 After login enrollment no. will be asked and through input box and info. Will be shown of the same.

 After selecting the Exam and semester the marks will be shown accordingly after pressing show command button. The student can see any semester or any mid term marks.

 It will work same as a student module work first ask for the Enrollment no, and then display the marks according to the selections made.

 This module ask for a Semester and the exam for displaying the result of whole class.

 After selection is made the data or marks of whole class will be shown in Flex Grid.

 The teacher can feed marks with the help of this module. The marks will be entered individually.
