MO OPD,HO IN THE WARD ARE THE FIRST PERSONS WHO EXAMINE AND SEE THE PATIENTS.SOME OF THESE CASES ARE MEDICOLEGALLY IMPORTANT. PROPER RECORDING OF THE INJURIES ARE VERY IMPORTANT SUCH AS TYPE, SITE, SIZE, SHAPE, EXACT DIMENTION OF THE INJURY ETC. AT LEAST DRAW A DIAGRAM AND MARK THE INJURIES AND DO NOT KEEP GROSS DESCREAPENCIES.SPECIAL ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID WHEN SOMETHING WRITING IN THE BHT,LIKE A FILM ANY TIME THERE IS RISK OF COURT PROCEEDING SOMETIMES CASES THOSE ARE NOT REPORTED TO JMO

Cannot tell patients information to a 3rd party with out patients consent. Dont tell to spouse. Dont tell the domestic servants secrets to his or her master or mistress. Dont tell the government servants secrets to the government. Dont tell the prisoners secrets to police or custody. Not even to the insurance corporation with out his consent. In medical journals, the photos should be unidentifiable. At PM- should not divulge the personal informations. Affect the respect of the deceased or family without relatives consent.
