* English language is mandatory for all employees working in Barclays. * Employees should be formally dressed. * Employees should be punctual. * Employees should meet all deadlines given by their heads. * Head could be appointed from the host country or the home country
branch.

* Bonuses would be given on the basis of performance. * Internal information should not be leaked out by any employee for
security reason.

* Employees are allowed to take 15 days leave annually. * These policies are followed in all subsidiaries according to their
countries and their culture.
