Overall, the wind direction of Seberang Jaya area mostly from the Southwest(SW) side and it is depending on the condition of air either cool air or hot air.

In general, the average wind speed that flow at the Seberang Jaya Area is 24 mph/ 10.72 mps/ 21knots. It reach the comfor t zone where the most acceptable wind speed is 1 .5 mps and above. Considerati on on humidity level is a par t of factor in reaching a better comfor t level which must be between 30% to 65%. Yet, the humidity level on site is 74%.  Based on the Beaufor ts Scale table, it shows that the wind speed flowing through the Seberang Jaya Market site is fresh breeze where the wind are able to sway a tree.
This can be conclude where the wind speed flowed onto the site is at moderate speed where the wind is able to per form good ventilation in the market design. Besides, the wind speed can overcome the hot temperature during the af ternoon period by adding more trees as shading devices and create a relevant opening into the market design in order to gain better ventilation. Temperature is a physical property of matter that quantitatively expresses the common notions of hot and cold.

SEBERANG JAYA TEMPERATURE

Throughout the month of February daytime temperatures will generally reach highs of around 33C that's about 91F. At night the average minimum temperature drops down to around 24C, that's 75F.

 Seperti yang diketahui, kuantiti hujan pada sepanjang tahun adlah di antra 0-100 mm pada bacaan skala. Dengan itu, keluasan dan kedalaman longkang di kawasan tapak tidak perlu terlalu besar dan dalam. Longkang ini lebih banyak digunakan untuk menampung air yang digunakan oleh para pengguna di tapak tersebut seperti pembeli dan peniaga.
