5 RULES GENERAL

R. 3(1) Every Govt. servant shall all the time i) maintain absolute integrity ii) maintain devotion to duty iii) do nothing which is unbecoming of a Govt. servant

R.3(2) further enjoins upon a Govt servant holding supervisory post, the responsibility of ensuring integrity & devotion to duty of officials working under him
