Competencies divided level-wise Unique identifier for each program New program dates uploaded by training department Registration link available with a limit on participants Cancellation possible 24 hours prior to program

Report Effectiveness

L1 feedback, program-wise L2 feedback Criteria needs to be evolved Universal competencies and criteria Criteria inputted by training department for specific needs Pre-assessment can be a condition to registering (can happen while registration online) L2 post-assessment can be filled in while filling L1 feedback Needs to be filled in 24 hours after attending the program After L1, L2 (pre & post) the name of the program will appear in Programs Attended and Learning Graph can be built

My Learning Plan

My Reportees Shows reportees attended programs, learning graph Allows nominations which lead to registration Allows post-training managers assessment (L3) Allows managers to plan training for their teams as per appraisal discussions Allows and overview of training that has happened for their team

Shows a graph of feedback score on criteria Shows pre and post scores criteria-wise

L3 Change in Behavior

Either a criteria can be evolved after every program with related actions taken These actions taken can be mapped over a period of 20 days to 3 months after the program depending upon the skill Action decisions can be filled in and whether they have been taken can be mapped Action Decisions can be shared with the Manager Impact can also be mapped
