OBJECTIVE
To develop a mobile learning system that streams live

lectures to the learners mobile devices.

Audio & Video is compressed efficiently.

EXISTING SYSTEM
Broadcasting Live Video content is not optimal for

Mobile-learning System.
Saved contents are shared for mobile users. Less audio and video quality. Non synchronous in nature.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
Live streams the content to the learners mobile devices. Synchronous participation. Large resolution view of teaching screen. Feedback screen facility. H.264 video codec and MPEG-4 Accplus audio codec

used.

H.264 VIDEO CODEC

High quality Low bit rate Strong fault tolerance Strong network adaption

MPEG-4 AccPlus
Advanced Audio Coding (AAC), Spectral Band Replication of Coding Technologies

(SBR),
Parametric Stereo (PS).

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT
Windows XP /Windows 7 (32 bit) JDK 1.6 J2ME J2EE ORACLE 10g Tomcat 6.0
