Introduction
Islam has recognized as equal and full partner to man The role of both are equally essential for this life. Allah said : O mankind, be careful of your duty to your Lord who created you from a single soul and from it created it mate.. (AnNisa 1). Again He said, And God has given you mates of your own nature and has given you from them children and grandchildren and has provided things for you (An-Nahl 71).

Right as Wife
She enjoys as an equal member of the family unit. Her position as wife and mother is unique and great honor. Prophet said : The best among you is the one who is best to his wife and I m the best among you to my family. As wife women is source of joys, pleasure delight and comfort for her husband She is the center of all worldly attraction.

Right as Wife
In the farewell message (last pilgrimage) Prophet said: O people surely there are right in favor of your women which are incumbent upon you and there are right of you which are Incumbent upon them. Marriage is a sacred contract and is formed by the free consent of both parties. She can refuse if she does not like the match. The parent may suggest and propose but the final decision is on her view.

Right as Wife
Prophet said: No widow should be married without consulting her and no virgin should be married without her assent and her assent is silent. (Bukhari and Muslim) In all kind family dispute man and women are treated equally. Allah said: If you fear a split between man and women. Send arbiter from his family and her family. If both want to be reconciled God will adjust things between you. (An-Nisa 35)

Right as Wife

Women also have right to decide to end her marriage contract if she feel the marriage is no longer giving her privilege and peace. They have to get advise from parent, respected person and also religious department of the country to finalize the problem. Syariah allow women to use fasakh and Khulu for the solution.

Women as mother

Women as mother is unique in a Muslim society. She is focus for all members of the family. She enjoys great esteem and respect from all. Prophet said: Paradise lies beneath the feet of your mother Again he said: when was asked by his companion who is the most deserving of friendly care from me, He reply : your mother. Who next: Your mother, who next: your mother and then your father. Al-Quran regard kindness to parent as next to worship Allah but has laid special emphasis on the treatment of mother.

Spiritual life
Allah promised equal reward for all man and women for their good deed. Allah Said : Whosoever works righteous man and women and has faith surely to him we will give a new life that is good and pure and we will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their action. (An-Nahl, 97)

Economic life
Islam recognize women right to have money and own property, mortgage or lease her property Allah said: To men have a share of that which parent and near family leave and women have a share of that parent and near family leave. (An-Nisa) She may invest her money at any ways she think best.

Education
Women have same right in the acquisition of knowledge and education. Prophet said: The search for knowledge is a duty for very Muslim male and female. It is a duty for Muslim to acquire any knowledge which useful and to enrich human culture. Knowledge is essential for both man and women, because they are equally responsible and accountable for their commission in the day of judgment.

Education

Both man and women are equal as far as learning is concern however in selection of professionalism they may have to choose different jobs to suit their own physiological, biological and practical needs.

Legal and Civil

In the eyes of legal both are equal and are treated alike. The same legal penalties for a man and women for breaking any legal laws and moral. However woman enjoy certain privilege exemption because of their physiological and biological function. They are exempted from prayer, fasting during her menstrual or confinement period and Friday prayer.

Conclusion

The fact that woman is difference sexes as compared to man, difference physical. Islam has taken the natural differences in account in differentiating roles and function. Therefore the talk on absolute equality between man and woman is complete nonsense and futile.
