Nestl's relationship with India dates back to 1912. The company grew significantly during the First World War. Today, Nestle is the worlds largest and most diversified food company. It has around 2,50,000 employees worldwide, operated 500 factories in approximately 100 countries offers over 800 products to millions of consumers universally.

Past
Nestl set up its first factory in India in 1961 at Moga, Punjab. Nestl set up milk collection centers that would not only ensure prompt collection and pay fair prices, but also instil amongst the community, a confidence in the dairy business.
