DEFINITION OF MOTIVATION

Factors That Influence Motivation

Interest If the behaviour is caused by the motivation which concentrates on one aspect only under a certain situation, but produces satisfactory result, then this person will repeat the activity when a similar situation occurs.

ASPIRATIONS ones subjective evaluation, which means how far is the level of achievement of ones performance.
